Tami Wielgus joined Community Reinvestment Fund, Inc. (CRF) in 2004 as Acquisitions/Asset Manager and currently serves as CRF’s Controller/Asset Manager/Project Manager and corporate Treasurer. Tami’s accounting responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of CRF’s operating budget as well as handling cash management and financial planning and reporting activities for CRF and its funds. She also provides asset management oversight over all fund investments, prepares quarterly and other periodic reports to fund investors for all of CRF’s funds, and acts as development manager for the one fund investment being developed by a subsidiary of CRF. Tami was appointed to serve as CRF’s corporate Treasurer in 2005.

Prior to joining CRF, Tami was a financial analyst at Shopko Stores, Inc. in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where she was responsible for quarterly reporting, business unit financial analysis, corporate P&L preparation, budgeting, and forecasting at both a store and corporate level. Before that, she held the positions of cost analyst and profit plan analyst at Appleton Papers in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Tami has an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a master’s degree in real estate finance and investment from New York University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
